Hangar Dance & WW2 Warbird Party

Come and dance the night away to the music of The Fabulous Esquires Big Band and enjoy the many displays of aeronautic history amongst the warbird collection at Planes of Fame Museum. Not sure how to swing dance? Not to worry, a beginner’s class will be taught early in the evening. Want a photo opportunity with one of our warbirds or a momentum from the evening? Check in with our photo booth to purchase a photo. The Museum Gift Shop will be open throughout the night for shopping.  Not sure what to do for dinner? Food will be available for purchase. The Zendejas Mobile Taco Man will be available for dining options (vegetarian too).

  • Exhibits: 5pm – 7:30pm
  • Dance Class taught by Nolan Ung from 7:30pm -8pm
  • The Fabulous Esquires Big Band: 8pm – 11pm
  • DJ Roy Samson: 11pm – Midnight

Tickets are available for purchase now until March 27, 2015 for $20.00 per person or you can purchase a table of 8 seats for $200.00 (guest’s names will be required at time of purchase).  Tickets will be sold for $30.00 at the door the day of the event when the doors open at 5:00 pm. Advance tickets will not be mailed. Your name will be placed on a “will call” list. Please bring your receipt for prompt service.

Have a vintage vehicle? Want to show it off?

This year we are welcoming vintage vehicles to park inside the campus of the museum. To apply to bring your vintage vehicle, fill out and return the waiver form and vehicle application (click on button below) to Planes of Fame no later than March 21, 2015. NOTE: The dance floor is a painted concrete floor and may be slippery with leather, suede, felt or hobnailed boots/shoes. Planes of Fame Museum will not be held liable for any accidents that may occur at this event.
