Air Show Vendor Application

Be a Part of the the Planes of Fame Airshow Marketplace!

The airshow offers vendors the opportunity to engage an audience of 20,000 - 25,000! There are a limited number of spaces available for Merchandise Vendors. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Multiple spaces may be rented. Get your application in early!

This application is for merchandise vendors only. It is very important that you read the application checklist carefully!  Make sure to review this sample copy of an insurance certificate and requirements so you can use with your insurance company.  Exact wording and terminology is mandatory.

PLEASE NOTE:  INCOMPLETE AND/OR PREVIOUS AIR SHOW VENDOR APPLICATION FORMS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND YOUR SPACE WILL NOT BE SECURE UNTIL A CURRENT & COMPLETE APPLICATION WITH PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED.


Application Process:

  • Make payment though our online store (see "Make Payment" button below).  The payment is for 100% of the booth rental fees.  Note: Making your payment does not obligate Planes of Fame to provide you with space.  Planes of Fame will review each application and determine if the vendor and product are acceptable for the airshow. No application will be considered prior to making your payment.
  • APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS AIRSHOWS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  YOU MUST USE THE CURRENT VENDOR APPLICATION AVAILABLE BY CLICKING THE "VENDOR'S APPLICATION PACKET" BUTTON BELOW. Fill out online and download the Air Show Vendor Application.  When fully completed, fax, email or mail the signed application to the address, email address, or fax number indicated on the application.
  • No application will be accepted without your payment.  No incomplete and unsigned application will be accepted.  No applications from prior years will be accepted.
  • THE DEADLINE FOR ALL APPLICATIONS IS MARCH 31, 2017.
  • Notification of acceptance and booth Assignments will be sent to you by regular mail or e-mail on/by April 10, 2017




We provide only the assigned space. You need to bring your own tables, chairs, power supply (read carefully rules included in your vendor packet), booth covers, etc.

Should all vendor spaces be sold, you may request to be put on a waiting list. Please make a request at airshowvendors@planesoffame.org.
