RULES, REGULATIONS & PARKING
For Wings, Tracks & Wheels 2025
Restricted Items
Please review the list below before you plan your trip to Wings, Tracks, & Wheels 2025. We have listed items below that are not allowed at the event.
- Smoking/Vaping on show grounds
- Large Ice chests and coolers other than medically required (Small personal "lunch pail" size ok)
- Outside alcoholic beverages (water, packed lunch, snacks, baby bottles, etc. OK but must be less than 32 oz. liquid per individual)
- Tents, cabanas, pop-up tents, temporary awnings
- Knives, guns or any weapons
- Fireworks or explosives
- Pets, other than service animals.
- Roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, “Razor” style boards, hover boards, Segway personal transports or any other self-propelled device are not permitted onsite, (Handicapped scooters OK)
- Bicycles
- Lasers or laser pointers
- Oversized backpacks
- Oversized umbrellas, large beach umbrellas
- Drones or flying objects
- Federally banned substances such as illicit narcotics
Parking
- The event includes the designated event parking areas.
- Free Parking is located for all vehicles on Stearman Drive (off of Merrill Avenue).
- Disabled Person parking is located in the Museum Parking lot on Cal Aero Drive (must have valid CA DMV Disabled Person placard).
- Limited Preferred Parking may be purchased in advance on the "Wings, Tracks, and Wheels" ticket page.
- Be sure to lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables in your car.
